that was bloody absurd and so
what I say to you guys tonight is I think
I have a theory but I think we're
at a time where we don't need to be so
much reposting videos about mental
health on
Facebook we need to be giving
people a call who we have in mind when
we do that you know because when I do that sort
of thing it's because I hope
somebody would see it that person who's in the back
of your head kind of thing
you know and so I also think that
instead of texting and waiting for the
right time to come around I think
we just need to go knock on the door and
ask to have a cup of tea with someone and check in on
them because we've got a
lot of different ways we can communicate
but we need to get back some quality okay
so but it's gonna take all of us
it's gonna take us sharing with other people
about what we're going through it's gonna be
being an open ear and leaning in on
your friends but I think we can do it and I
want to get around to the next
hottest 100 day and I want to see
that number not be 8.

that's particularly you know
because I so I'm 24 I'm still young with the snapper
right and so seeing all you
guys in here also probably quite young we grow
up in this really weird time
where you guys are I might have just kind
of skipped that I see both sides of
the page I was also homeschooled so had
very hippie parents growing up but
But we're at this point where everybody's
posting their whole lives on social media
and you need to make sure that you make friends and
have relationships that you can trust
to tell them things you wouldn't put on the internet,
alright?
So let's lean into each other,
let's get some quality back in our communication, alright?
